Shipping & Returns

A confirmation email will be sent to you after the order is purchased.
For Hong Kong , your order will arrive in 2 to 6 weeks approximately. The shipping time is subjected to the actual situation such as UPS/Fedex delay due to extreme weather condition/Border Inspections/ clearance .

We do ship to areas outside Hong Kong. Please contact us for further information.

1. 除現貨外，所有貨品均於付款後為客人預訂。
2. 貨品一般於兩至六個禮拜內從美國到港，但在個別情況下(如公司延遲發貨、運送過程中遇上惡劣天氣、訂單寄失等)有機會延誤運送速度。
如遇上以上個別情況，本店會聯絡客人通知訂單的最新狀態。
3. 如貨品在運送過程中寄失，本店會全數退款，但不包括訂單中的其他貨品 (如有)。
